Our Senior Management Team
Garry has been in the building services trade for over 38 years, starting out as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor. Through the years he has gained experience in all aspects of the trade, from estimating projects to ensuring the delivery of customer satisfaction at completion. In 1996, Garry and Dale incorporated Heatcare, and Garry became the Managing Director of the company. Garry has worked hard to ensure the company has become accredited by many different governing bodies; such as Gas Safe, QA ISO9001, Chas, B&ES, Construction Line, and Severn Trent Water Safe.
Dale started in the Building Services Trade as an apprentice plumber, achieved the City and Guilds certification for Plumbing and moved into the office as a contracts engineer with further education achieving HNC in Building Services Engineering. Dale incorporated Heatcare alongside Garry in 1996, and has worked on all projects since. Dale and Garry have worked hard to ensure the company has become accredited by many different governing bodies; such as Gas Safe, QA ISO9001, Chas, B&ES, Construction Line, and Severn Trent Water Safe.
Having previously worked as a procurement officer and purchasing officer, Stephen joined Heatcare in early 2004. Stephen started as a Company Buyer and remained in the position for 4 years, moving onto Commercial Manager in 2008. He has now been the company’s Commercial Director for over 4 years. Having worked on over 150 projects in his time at Heatcare, Stephen enjoys heading the commercial side of the company.
Director - Ventilation & Comfort Cooling Division
Andy started in the Building Services Trade as an apprentice plumber, achieved the City and Guilds certification and advanced craft. He continued in plumbing, joining Heatcare back in 1998 then transferring to Coldcare at its conception in 2002. Following completion of further training in comfort cooling and ventilation practices he was promoted to the role of Installations Director in 2005. Andy has now returned to Heatcare following the merger in September 2015 under his new title as Director – Ventilation and Comfort Cooling Division; he is currently responsible for estimating and design of all types of comfort cooling, chilled water and ventilation systems.
Director - Electrical Division
Gary joined the team in late 2014 taking on the role of Director - Electrical Division. This was a major step forward in our expansion plans to provide a complete seamless building services solution into being able to provide both Mechanical and Electrical contracts. Gary has in excess of 30 years’ experience in the industry, with roles ranging from Electrician, to Site Foreman, to Contracts Manager, and Electrical Project Manager and Designer. In his new role at Heatcare, Gary is responsible for the running of the electrical department.
Our Management Team
Adam has been working in the building services trade for over 15 years, with a lot of experience in the business. After working in various roles over the last few years, such as CAD Engineer and Contracts Manager, Adam is now our Estimating Manager at Heatcare; working on all of our tenders and current contracts.
With over 36 years experience as a building services design engineer in January 2016 Chris joined Heatcare as Design Manager. Prior to joining Heatcare Chris ran for 25 years his own building services design consultancy with a client base including the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and major building services contractors. Chris enjoys developing a close working relationship with clients and is keen to promote the use of Building Information Modelling using Revit and its integration with Cymap and Hevacomp software.
Gavin started plumbing when he left school and has been working in the building services trade for over 10 years. During the course of his career at Heatcare, Gavin has progressed from Site Foreman, to Site Supervisor, and has now been promoted to Contracts Manager. He has been involved in many contracts at Heatcare, working on over 15 projects as a Contracts Manager.
Martyn left school and went straight into the building services trade, as an apprentice plumber, and worked hard to gain all of the necessary qualifications needed to become a plumber. Now, after more than 15 years of working for Heatcare, Martyn has developed into his role as Services Manager; Martyn’s role includes coordinating the installation of plant rooms and services across all of our sites.
Richard has worked on over 20 projects during his time at Heatcare; his vast experience in different levels of the Building Services Trade, including job roles such as Site Apprentice, Estimator, CAD Engineer and now Contracts Manager, has been definitive in achieving the high level of work we require.
Over ten years after starting in the Building Services trade, and an array of qualifications, Richard is our Contracts Manager for the Ventilation & Comfort Cooling department, also managing our pre-fabrication workshop for the department. Starting out on the tools and working as an Air Conditioning and Ventilation Engineer for 10 years, Richard has the experience and knowledge needed to provide an optimum Ventilation & Comfort Cooling solution. Richard prides himself on the quality of his work and is constantly working to move the department forward.
Shaun has over 15 years' experience with Heatcare, and has had a variety of roles within the company including Contracts Manager (Ventilation & Comfort Cooling). Shaun was our Contracts Manager for our first M&E scheme for Hamberley in Sutton; whilst working on this contract we realised his skills in M&E coordination are invaluable and we asked him to become our M&E Coordinator in 2016. Shaun oversees our installations from both compliant and quality perspective on Mechanical and Electrical contracts. Shaun prides himself on the quality of his work and the Quality control that Heatcare Limited delivers to the client. Shaun is also our Registered Qualified Supervisor for the NICEIC.
With extensive experience in the Building Services trade, John joined Heatcare in 2017 in the role of Electrical Contracts Manager. John always likes to help colleagues where his 35+ years' accumulated experience is useful, even getting involved on the tools where required. With many qualifications under his belt, including Approved Electrician, Inspection & Testing, IOSH Health & Safety, Prince2 Project Managing and ONC Engineering; John enjoys all aspects of contract managing and he’s looking forward to managing many projects ahead at Heatcare.
Vyktoria has worked at Heatcare for almost ten years. Vyktoria started with the company as an Accounts Assistant; learning how to use systems such as Sage Accounts, Sage Payroll, Sage Construct, along with other important processes in the day to day running of the company. Vyktoria has recently been promoted to Accounts Manager, overseeing a team of four in her department.
Sarah joined us in early 2014, she is responsible for managing our internal and external media. Her role varies between managing our Website and Social Media platforms such as Facebook and Linkedin, overseeing Heatcare’s Quality Assurance Documents and compiling and issuing our Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Her continuing goal is to deliver a smooth transaction of Manuals and Certificates, liaising between subcontractors and clients, ready for project handover and to maintain the standard of Quality Assurance procedures and documents she has implemented in her time at the company.
